We have been serving the dental needs of our friends and neighbors in the Toledo area since 1984. From preventative dentistry to complete smile makeovers we have the experience and expertise that you deserve.
Our goal is to provide you with the finest preventative, diagnostic and restorative care available. We want you to feel comfortable with our personal care, and make your visits as pleasant as possible.
Dr. Judy has lived in Toledo since 1984 and is happily married with two wonderful sons and grandchildren. He has been involved in Toledo Dental Society, Ohio Dental Assoc. and Dental Center of NW Ohio and the Black Swamp Study Club of NW Ohio.

Emergencies
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we’ll do our best to respond promptly.
If we are not in our office, our answering machine will give you Dr. Judy’s home phone number.
New Patients
On your first visit to Dr. Judy we usually perform a full comprehensive exam as well as a full set of X-rays. A thorough cleaning will be performed by a hygienist. Upon completion, Dr. Judy will discuss your dental goals and treatment needs.
If you are a new patient, please download this patient information form and bring it with you to your first visit.
Transfer Patients
If you have recent records from your previous Dentist, they would be helpful in providing you with a comprehensive treatment plan. These items are easy to obtain, please speak to your previous dentist about his procedure for releasing those documents.
If you feel uncomfortable asking for these items, please let us know when you are making your appointment and we will be happy to work with your previous dentist to obtain these for you.

As a service to you, Dr. Judy accepts most traditional insurance plans that allow you to choose your provider. If you are unsure of your coverage limitations please mention it while making your appointment, we will be happy to contact your insurance carrier and verify your coverage.
Our office will submit charges for services to your insurance company. We do consider the patient primarily responsible for the full amount. When payment of insurance claims is assigned to us, that portion of the fee which is payable by the patient is due at the time of service.
If payment at time of service is not possible, we will make specific financial arrangements with you. For your convenience, major credit cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.)
We also offer Care Credit to those in need of long term financial arrangements.
